Vaccination Policy

All dogs over 16 weeks are required to be current with Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines. You must provide proof of up to date vaccines given by a licensed veterinarian. Please note that Distemper and Parvo vaccinations are often given as a combination vaccine, and may be indicated on your records as DHPP or DAPP. 

For puppies under 16 weeks, vaccinations are more complicated. Please email us your dog's vaccine records and we will review them to determine eligibility. 

Cancellation Policy

a.     Regular Business Days (non-holidays): We require a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation before scheduled day care, lodging, and/or training services.

b.     Holidays: We require a 96 hour advance notice of cancellation before scheduled day care, lodging, and/or training services that are scheduled on a Holiday.

c.     Deposits and Cancellation Fees: Deposits shall be non-refundable in the event of no notice or an untimely notice of cancellation. We also reserve the right to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee (or deduct a single day care or lodging day from a prepaid package) for no notice or an untimely notice of cancellation.

d.     Expired Vaccinations: If your dog’s vaccinations have expired or will expire before your next day care, lodging, and/or training, please provide us with a notice of cancellation. Do not assume that we are aware of such facts that will prevent your dog from day care, lodging, and/or training. 

Late Pickups/Dropoffs

Drop offs and Pick ups must be made by posted open hours. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 Late Fee. If you know or suspect that you will be unable to drop off or pick up on time, please contact us as soon as possible.

Spay/Neuter Policy

We require dogs to be neutered on or before six months of age. This policy is in place to protect your dog as their un-neutered status may make them more susceptible to conflict with other dogs. If, based on your veterinarian’s advice, you have decided not to neuter your dog until after six months of age, you may request an exception to this policy. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis, and if an exception is made you will be required to sign a waiver form.

Holiday Schedule & Hours

Closed for Daycare and all drop offs/pickups on the following holidays so that we can fully attend to our boarding dogs:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day, December 25

Closed for Daycare and offer limited drop off/pickup hours on the following days:

  • Christmas Eve, December 24, 8am-12pm drop off/pickup

Open for Daycare and normal drop off/pickup hours on the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • New Years Eve
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Good Friday through Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day, July 4 
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
